If you are in need of quick and friendly service but do not have a Maintenance Contract, RDTTS can support your equipment without having a contract in place. Just follow these simple instructions and RDTTS can have a technician on-site as early as next day!
1.Call1-757-392-1915 Ext 200 and ask for a Call Manager.
2. If you are a current customer, give your serial number, contact information, and a P.O. to the Call Manager.
3. You will receive a RDTTS call number to reference your call in the future.
4. If you are a new RDTTS customer, you will need to apply for terms or pay by credit card.
5. Your Call Manager will dispatch your call and give you an estimate on request.
6. Your Call Manager will keep you updated on all call details until call closure.

Be sure to inform your Call manager if you would like a technician on-site for an initial inspection and quote. There is a 2 hour minimum for an on-site evaluation.
