Program Manager/Senior Acquisition Manager

Job Description: Must be an expert in DoD acquisition and contract management able to independently apply knowledge of and experience in DoD acquisition processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.

Capable of strategic thought. Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance.

Fully capable of developing and drafting acquisition documentation and ensuring a high level of quality control.

Must be able to perform work measurement studies, program or operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, risk management, and workload change impact analyses. Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.

Must have or be able to obtain and retain a Government Security Clearance.

Education: A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a business or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology.

Experience: A total of at least 6 years of experience in performing the foregoing functions with respect to DoD programs/projects. At least 3 years of the foregoing total experience shall have been as a team leader or supervisor in service related contracting.

Acquisition Manager

Job Description: Must be knowledge of and be familiar with DoD acquisition processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.

Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance. Develops and drafts acquisition documentation and ensuring quality control.

Familiar enough with required contract and acquisition documentation to be able to work with limited supervision. Also must be able to develop Acquisition Plan/Acquisition Strategy, Source Selection Plan, and Technical Evaluation Plan, prepare work statements and specifications, MOPASS and justifications.

May perform work measurement studies, program or operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses. Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.

Senior Management Analyst

Job Description: Independently applies knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.

Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.

Develops and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Work with technical personnel to fully develop Performance Work Statements and other procurement related documents. Develops, writes, revises, and edits reports, specifications, presentation materials, and other technical documents. Uses rough outlines and resource materials and interprets information obtained through research or provided by technical specialists. Perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses. Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions, documentation content and format standards to prepare, edit and publish technical materials.

Must have or be able to obtain and retain a Government Security Clearance.

Education: A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a business or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology.

Experience: A total of at least 6 years of experience in performing the foregoing functions with respect to DoD programs/projects.
